A career retreat is about taking stock, regrouping, really looking at your professional life.
It is space to re-evaluate where you are and where you want to go, who you are and who you
want to be professionally.
For many, whether they have been in the workforce ten, fifteen or twenty years, it represents the
first time they have accessed self-discovery resources, explored possibilities and
learned how to manage their professional lives.

Taking time apart in a setting conducive to gentle introspection and blue-sky
thinking can provide just the right environment for moving in a new
direction. Combining the challenging work of examining patterns, exploring
choices and learning new tools with walks on the beach, visits to galleries,
and the enjoyment of Cape hospitality, expedites the process of:

All retreats are individual. Each is customized to the specific needs and circumstances
of the participant as determined in an in-depth screening interview. Prior to attending,
an agenda is developed and pre-work packet sent to the client. After the retreat a
summary is provided.

Retreats are held in North Eastham, Massachusetts, in close proximity to the Cape Cod
National Seashore, which features over sixty miles of undeveloped beach beneath an all-encompassing sky.



Accommodations are available nearby at a discounted rate. First time participants
come for one or two days. Repeat participants often come for a half day.

Often so much is invested in getting a degree while making the critical transition from college to the
real world is neglected.
A Career Retreat is a perfect way for a new graduate to build
the skills and confidence they will need, not to just get that first job, but to
manage their career successfully over the long haul.
