I am beginning to see an unproductive pattern in my professional life and am willing to look at it and work toward changing it.

I recognize that even though much of my current work situation is a result of things beyond my control, I have some responsibility in any situation I find myself in and there are things I could do differently. I am willing to learn how to change me.

Although I never tell anyone, the outward display of success (my title, salary) I show the world sometimes seems very hollow and I feel something very important is missing and that somewhere along the line I lost track of what was really important to me.

I no longer believe that I can achieve balance in my life by getting better organized.

I understand that the process of professional self-discovery requires a commitment of time and energy and that there is no quick fix. I am willing to engage in the slow and sometimes painful work of claiming my authenticity.

Being accountable only to myself for achieving my professional/business goals isn't working.

I created my own business to have more freedom and flexibility, but find the business has taken over my life.

As a business owner I'm required to wear many hats, some of them don't fit me very well so those areas of my business don't get as much attention.

I see my business as an extension of myself and would like to align it more closely to my values.

I don't feel good about how I run my business or about my ongoing professional development as a business owner.
